This bulletin is to advise liquor agencies, manufacturers and retail liquor store licensees of some minor changes to the private label policy in Section 3.12 of the Liquor Agency Handbook and Section 5.2 of the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook.
Effective immediately, liquor agencies and manufacturers may enter into private label agreements with multiple retailers for the same product(s).
The amended policy may be accessed on AGLC.ca.
If you have any questions, please contact AGLC's Liquor and Cannabis Division at product@aglc.ca.
Updates to the private label policy for producers and liquor agencies are described in the most recent bulletin, which permits agreements with several retailers for the same product. The industry now has more flexibility and economic opportunities because to this reform. For students pursuing public policy or business studies, navigating such regulatory modifications might be challenging. For this reason, a lot of people depend on academic services to help my assignment and guarantee precise, knowledgeable submissions.
