This bulletin is to advise all gaming entertainment centre (GEC) retailers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Liquor Licensee Handbook (LLH). The following change is effective July 5, 2023.
AGLC is committed to reviewing policies to meet the needs of stakeholders, while maintaining an effective regulatory environment. As a result, the following policy amendment has been made to Section 10.19 of the LLH;
Subsection 10.19.6 has been amended, removing the requirement for all closed-circuit television cameras (CCTV) in GECs be enclosed in ceiling domes.

Please familiarize yourself with the amended policy, update your LLH as required, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
