Current ALSA members in good standing are hereby invited to attend the AGM held this year in person. Members are also hereby invited to nominate themselves for election to the Board of Directors for 2023-24. Nomination forms are available on-line at the link below and must be returned by email or mail to the Chair of the Nominating Committee by Sept 29, including a brief resume.
Attendance to the AGM is free, which will be followed by the ALIC Conference, 2026.
All members not able to attend in person, may designate an employee to attend by a completed proxy on the reverse of this notice. The proxy must be signed by the licensee or store/chain manager.
Complete and scan and email (as below) the registration/proxy form to be received by ALSA before October 1st, 2026. It may also be presented by the delegate in person during meeting registration at Marriott Hotel Downtown Calgary
